the page is divided into three columns, each containing different components that serve different purposes.
First: the Components of the Left side column:

they are, in the same order shown in the figure above:
- User name & profile picture: when you click here, you'll be redirected to your user profile page.
- Who viewed my profile button: this button when clicked will show you a list of users who visited your profile.
- Messages: this button when clicked will open the messenger page of the user.
- Invite: by using this button you can invite your friends and acquaintances to JOIP.
- Search Ringgold Organizations: a search engine for you to search for organizations on Ringgold's database.
- Create Organization button: from here you can create an org profile for your org on JOIP.
- Forum: a shortcut to JOIP's forum
- Bookmarks: these are the profiles of researchers & organizations and works which the user thinks are important to him, or s/he wants them to be highlighted in his profile so he can return to them easily.
Only 5 bookmarks will be displayed in the left side bar, and a see more button at the bottom of the bookmarks list in case you want to preview the whole list of your bookmarks.

The most visited profiles: The most visited profiles by the user whether researcher profiles or organization profiles.

Managed Organizations: The organizations pages which are administrated by the user (if any).
Second: the Components of the Right side column:
and they are, in the same order shown in the figure above:
- Profile Completeness Card, It's a meter that increases whenever you add more information to your profile, so when you complete adding the information on your profile your profile completeness meter will be 100%! shown on the Profile completeness card.
- Jordan Metrics on JOIP: the metrics of Jordanian researchers & orgs on JOIP.
- My Metrics on JOIP: metrics related to your profile on JOIP.
- Glossary: it includes definitions for the terms used at JOIP system &terms used by the NCI. ordered alphabetically and sortable based on the letters of the alphabet as shown in the below figure.
Third, the Components of the Middle column (Page's body):
It includes the home feed of the user where he/she can post and get a feed of others posts and updates, and it's the area where the features open when clicked on anywhere on the site as it is the section where any page's body content is displayed.
As you can see in the figure above, the page's body (Middle Column) section contains the following:
- A welcome message that includes shortcut links for you to help you complete adding info to your profile.
**You can close the welcome message by clicking on the "x" button on the top right of the message. - The posts by your Network Users whose privacies are set to Public & Network
- The posts by the Individual users whom you follow that are set only to "Public"
- The posts by the Organizations whom you follow that are set only to "Public"
- The Posts you add to your feed regardless of their privacy setting. (Your Own Posts)
- Posts by the NCI.
