Checking the status of the Identity verification requests

To check the status of your identity verification request:

1. Click on "Identity Verification" button.
2. The Identity verification request you sent will show here (if any!)
3. You can see these details on the request:
   • The status of the request
   • The email you provided on your verification request page.
   • The mobile phone you provided on your verification request page.
   • The date on which you entered this request.
   • A view request button " "
4. The status of your request will be:
   • Pending: if your request hasn't been neither declined nor accepted.
   • Confirmed: your request has been accepted and your identity has been verified.
   • Declined: your request has been rejected.
5. Click on the "preview request" button to preview the request you sent:
6. You can click on "cancel" to cancel the verification request.
7. Click on the close button to close the preview window.
