The forum homepage structure

the structure of the forum home page is as follows:

1. JOIP logo: which when clicked will redirect the user to the home page of JOIP.
2. The magnifying tool: the search button of the forum which when clicked will expand the search sub-menu.
3. The hamburger button: the forum menu button, which when clicked will expand the forum menu.
4. The user menu: which when clicked will open a menu of settings and preferences related to the user.
5. The categories bar: This includes categories & sorting and filtering tools related to the categories and topics included in them.
6. New topic button: which when clicked will let you create a new topic (post).
7. The categories & topics area: This shows the categories & topics based on the selected filtering and sorting settings.
