When the admin assigns a chairman, this chairman must assign a reviewer who'll review the submitted papers of applicants, the reviewer will answer some questions to be assigned to the activity, as these questions will be added by the admin
- Adding a reviewer question, to add a reviewer question, please do the following:
- Go to the activities list, and click on the 3 dots button from beside the activity you want:
- Click on "manage reviewer questions"
- From the page that shows, click on the "+" button
- From the menu that shows, please click on "add question":
- The add question popup will show:
- Type the question you want, select its type & check if you want it to be required or not.
- Click "submit"
- Now the question is added
- Go to the activities list, and click on the 3 dots button from beside the activity you want:
- Adding a separator, to add separators to a reviewer questions form, please do the following:
- Go to the activities list, and click on the 3 dots button from beside the activity you want:
- Click on "manage reviewer questions"
- From the page that shows, click on the "+" button
- From the menu that shows, please click on "add separator":
- In the add separator popup that will open, fill in the separator title:
- Click on "Submit"
- Go to the activities list, and click on the 3 dots button from beside the activity you want:
- Manage the added reviewer questions; From the manage reviewer questions you can:
- Rearrange the questions
- Edit the questions
- Remove the questions
