User Package Tiers

These tiers provide registration options to individual users and organizations, as they differ by the fees paid and the privileges granted to users in each of them:

1. The 1^st tier (the individuals tier): a free tier, here you can sign up for this tier online.
2. The 2^nd tier (organizations tier): a free to signup tier, but here you can't add individual user accounts to all of your employees. You can sign for this package online.
3. The 3rd tier (organizations tier): for the organizations that tend to get an org account with more user privileges for up to x number of employees, here you can have a profile for your organization and you're apt to adding accounts for your org employees.
   - The idea here is allowing an organization to set and customize its own accounts
   - You can sign up for this tier online.
4. The 4^th tier (Organizations Tier): for the organizations that tend to get a larger account than the one described above, the ones that need more individual users accounts because they have more employees, or look for some customized features.
   - This type of package can be obtained by contacting NCI and never online.
