Receiving Referral requests

First: Accepting a referral request you received

When a user sends you a request for a referral, a notification of this referral will pop up to you:

Or you can find it in the received requests page, which you can reach it by selecting the "received requests" tab in the "referral requests" page:

1. Click on the notification or on "write referral" from the received referral requests page, so the referral request window will open, from which you can:
   • Type a referral and "submit" it.
   • "Decline" the request
   • Ignore it by clicking "cancel"
2. Type the referral you want to send, and click "submit"

Second: What will happen to a "received referral request" when you submit a referral to it?

Once you click "submit"

1. the user who sent the request will be notified of this referral
2. The referral will show in "my referrals" page of the user (requester).
3. The request will be removed from the received requests page.

Third: How can I decline a referral request I received?

You can decline a request:

1. From the request window by clicking on "decline"
2. From the request in the received requests page:

   Once you decline a request this screen will pop up to you:

   

Click on "Confirm", so the request will be deleted from the received requests page in your profile and it'll seem to you as if it never has been received!
