Connect to Researchers

First: Request to connect to a researcher on JOIP

Go to the researcher you want to add to your network:

1. click on "connect":
2. An add request will be sent to the researcher
3. Once the researcher accepts your request, a notification will be sent to your "network notifications" that this researcher has accepted your request.
4. He's now a connection in your network

Second: What will happen when you connect to a researcher?

It means that:

1. You'll be in his/her network list as he'll be in yours
2. His/her public and network posts will display in your timeline as yours will be in his/her timeline
3. Any update you added to your profile and shared with either your network or with the public will be shown to him/her and the same applies on you.

Third: Where to find connected Researchers?

to find the researchers you connected to, do the following:

1. Go to your profile page.
2. From the left side menu in your profile, you'll find the network section at the bottom of it.
3. Click on "My Network"
